How
we chose this trip
Every year the club proposes a weeklong ski trip to an exceptional destination.
It is always a surprise for our members. We are particularly interested in
discovering the treasures and jewel of the skiing world, and we enjoy presenting
you with a trip that is ful of wonder and an experience to remember forever.
We also look for a trip at an affordable price.
Among the innumerable criteria that we look for are: the acreage and elevation
of ski-able domain, the number and type of lifts, the quality and variety
of trails, out-of-bounds acreage, location of the chalet and amenities, weather,
snowfall, beauty of the hill and village, the quality of the hotel and its
amenities and its proximity to the hill, other activities, nightlife,
possibility of family vacations, etc.

of lifts at La Plagne; this hill is part of 7 hills covered by the annual

The Destination

La Plagne is situated in the French Alps at the heart of Paradiski.
Paradiski is a little gem well known to those who ski the French Alps. It
regroups Les Arcs et Pesey-Vallandry, in total 425 km of slopes, 236 trails,
more than 2000m de elevation and around 160 lifts.
Wow!
One of the largest ski terrains in the world.
Les trails are varied and accessible by all from beginner to expert; there are
groomed trails, out-of bounds, forests, glades, glaciers and snowparks. With
over 70% of the area above 2000 m of altitude, snow is abundant.
Our accommodations is a 3-star hotel situated at the base of the hill.
To give you an added edge, we are offering this package with and without
downhill skiing options so as to offer you the best of both worlds.
A multitude of activities are available for non-downhill skiers: cross country
skiing (125 km of trails),
bobsleigh, snowshoes, spa, et lots more.
