Step 1 : Complete and submit the Online enrolment form

           : Send us the following membership info by email

              - First name

              - Last Name

              - membership type (employee, friend, family(*))

              - email address and phone number at work

              - email address, phone number at home and cell phone

* for Family membership type, please include names and relationship of all family members

Step 2 : Pay the membership fees

 Ø  either online by credit card and by secured connection to our service provider

    Ø  or by sending us a cheque in the name of "Club AEROSKI" via :

        o    or to our mailing address :
